RESOLUTIONS MEDSPA

Management as of 01/01/2011 will be requesting a credit card to make a reservation for two or more services, medical TX’s (this includes microdermabrasion & glycolic peels) and packages.  If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours a charge of 50% service fee will be charged.  If a no show than you will be charged for whole service. We regret to have to enforce but employees are paid on a % basis of their services and other clients are not scheduled if the time and date are booked.

PARTIES

Management as of 01/01/2011 will be requesting a credit card to book any parties and 50% deposit will be charged.  If cancellation less than 48 hours you will lose your deposit. If a no show for any parties you will be booked for the whole party.  This is strictly enforced.

CLOTHING AND JEWELRY CAN ONLY RECEIVE CREDIT BACK NO CASH.  THIS WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU IN THE FORM OF A GIFT CARD. YOUR PURCHASE MUST ALSO HAVE A DATED RECEIPT.  NOTHING CAN BE RETURNED IF IT IS 10 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE.

*ANY SKIN CARE PRODUCTS & MAKE-UP RETURNS MUST BE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DATE ON RECEIPT.  MUST HAVE RECEIPT WITH YOU.
